Hi Guys, I don't normally do these types of Journals since I hate inciting drama, but there's been a movement going on on DA that's been troubling me. There have been a few journals that were posted by artists condemning other artists who post mature / fetish artwork on DA, even going so far as to claim that they and anyone who enjoys their art are mentally ill and need help. As a purveyor and admirer of art of many forms, I find this opinion to be close minded and immature. On DA, I tend to avoid the more mature side of things, and especially for the sake of our show I rarely will favorite mature art, however I still consider all things

Fluttershy's cottage background

I really didn't have much time to work on it this week and because I'm making it multi-use instead of paint by numbers it's taking forever. I am seeing progress as I go and it's actually kind of exciting how many backdrops this one file can provide so I'm sticking to it and giving it a good amount of attention. I want to finish this before moving on to another pony because I know if I do something else "just for a bit" I'll procrastinate myself out of finishing this one, and I've put in too much effort already to give up on it.  All that's left is some flowers, tufty grass, a few bush squiggles, and the stepping stones.... might finish it tom

I think I've finaly got the Fluttershy/icecream pic done(only took 3 uploads, lol). The background construction is taking about 4 times as long; I'm only about 1/2 done. Sunday night with work tomorrow... I doubt it'll be ready before next weekend.

It was mostly just a new hobby to keep my brain from turning to mush while unemployed. Don't really have the time or interest to devote to vectors right now.
